CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
LDPI Lighting, a leading manufacturer of LED lighting and controls for Industrial applications is currently looking for a self-driven, multi-tasking customer service individual who will lead and manage all post sale customer facing communications.
As a key member of the sales team, this person is responsible for leading collaboration and problem solving activities between engineering, operations and our customer for all post sales processes. This individual also acts as project manager to coordinate and lead internal resources for large projects as needed. This key position will report directly to the Business Developer.
We are looking for a mission critical sales operations team member to join our dynamic sales team. POWDER COAT PAINTER
Eau Claire, WI. - LDPI, Inc., an industry leader in the design and manufacture of commercial and industrial lighting products for the finishing, fabricating and industrial markets, is in search of a self-driven, highly motivated and experienced POWDER COAT PAINTER to support operations of its conveyorized powder coat system consisting of a six-stage wash system, dry off and bake ovens, and spray booth with automatic and manual guns with reclaim capabilities.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Analysis and adjustment of wash system chemicals;
inspect and test quality of finished product;
maintain proper inventory of paint and chemicals;
ensure proper line speed and density.
Ideal candidates will have hands on experience with powder coating and/or wash systems, have a positive CAN DO attitude, and have the ability to move or lift up to 75 lbs. regularly.
The candidate selected must also be willing to work within other operations of LDPI and Plank Enterprises.
