What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Prefer an associate’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in manufacturing or technical environments.
  • Skills: Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, experience with technical information is a plus.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management systems.  Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve issues, particularly in a manufacturing setting.  Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
