Location
- Remote, based in the Western U.S. (Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, etc.)
- Travel: Up to 25–35%
- Reports to: National Sales Manager
About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of our company in the field, developing new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and promoting our industry-leading products. You’ll work closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and profit goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Deliver product demonstrations and training at customer sites and trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Execute targeted sales campaigns and report on activity and expenses.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial sales or similar roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong technical and computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- English fluency required. Spanish is a plus.
